Constructor Knowledge Labs, in collaboration with Constructor Tech, concluded the Constructor Hackathon Fall 2025, held from 21–26 November – six days of focused work, experimentation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Constructor Hackathon Fall 2025

More than 50 participants formed 19 teams and worked across 6 challenge tracks:

  • The Best AI-Generated Paper;
  • Code agent for automatic deploying of scientific code;
  • AI Course Foundry: Build a Course for a World That Needs It;
  • Automations with AI: build agents that sense, decide, and act to automate real tasks;
  • Analyzing website text data for topic and semantic clustering;
  • AI Agent for Automated Interpretation of Biophysical Readouts (nanoDSF Thermostability Analysis).

Participants worked under the guidance of leading experts: Prof. Alexander Tormasov, Prof. Andrey Ustyuzhanin, Prof. Giancarlo Succi, Prof. Petr Popov, Prof. Isak Frumin, and Andrei Mikriukov, who provided strategic direction across the technical and conceptual aspects of each challenge.

The week resulted in impressive prototypes and thoughtful approaches to applied AI and computational knowledge tasks. Winning teams are invited to explore internship and research opportunities with Constructor Knowledge Labs and Constructor Tech, and all participants received official certificates.

For us at Constructor Knowledge Labs, this Hackathon underscored the strength of collaborative, research-driven environments and the talent emerging across our community.
